Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup oatmeal
  • 2/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 scallions large or 3 small
  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Bell's seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

Prepare Ingredients

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Soak the oatmeal in the broth for 10 minutes
  • Finely chop the celery and scallions. Use the green stem as well as the white bulb
  • Gently beat the eggs
  • Put the ground turkey in a large bowl and add the soaked oatmeal including the broth, and all the other ingredients. Mix it all together. The easiest way to mix is by hand. The mixture will be very moist.
  • Put the meatloaf mixture in a loaf pan

Cooking Instructions

  • Cook for 1 hour
  • Let sit for at least 15 minutes before serving
