- ½ pound chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons butter
- jarred maraschino cherries
Cut ½ a pound of chicken breast into tenders.
Melt butter or margarine in a skillet on medium heat.
Add chicken to skillet and fry on medium heat until it is cooked through. When cooked, add a few tablespoons of cherry juice. Remove from heat.
Add a few cherries to the plate before serving.
